I just wanted to thank you for an informative and interesting weekly newsletter. It is the best food oriented product by a country mile. I look forward to receiving it every Wednesday. Loved Yummy. Tell Susan that her ode to fried chicken really stirred up some memories...including hoping that my parents would go out so I could order Chicken Delight--and I remember exactly what it looked and tasted like. Also, the only good meals in my house were in the years that our beloved housekeeper Dorothy was there....she was from South Carolina and her fried chicken was amazing. The first time I saw anything similar--in the Pink Teacup here--I burst into tears.
I liked your piece on fried chicken in this issue! I am not at all a fried chicken connoisseur, but your article made me want to familiarize myself with it.
